High Purity MKP 0-52-34 Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate Fertilizer
MKP, also known as potassium dihydrogen phosphate with the chemical molecular formula KH₂PO₄, is a high-purity, water-soluble, fast-acting binary phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. It is widely used in modern agriculture, landscape nursery stock, fruit and vegetable cultivation, and industrial production fields. The product appearance is mostly white crystalline powder or granules, completely odorless, extremely soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is weakly acidic. It does not contain harmful salts such as chloride ions or sodium ions, and has good compatibility, allowing it to be matched with most neutral and acidic pesticides and foliar fertilizers.
As a high-quality source of phosphorus and potassium, MKP is rich in two core nutritional elements: potassium oxide and phosphorus pentoxide. Phosphorus can promote crop flower bud differentiation and root germination, enhance flowering and fruit-setting capabilities, and reduce flower and fruit drop. Potassium can thicken cell walls, enhance the plant's resistance to cold, drought, lodging, and disease, while promoting fruit sugar accumulation, improving fruit shape and color, and enhancing the quality and storage/transport tolerance of agricultural products.
MKP application methods are flexible. It can be applied via foliar spraying, allowing nutrients to be quickly absorbed through the leaves to supplement nutrition in a short time. It can also be applied via fertigation or drip irrigation, adapting to water-and-fertilizer integration systems, making it suitable for greenhouses and large-scale bases. It has outstanding effects when used during the crop flowering period, fruit expansion period, and before overwintering.
Industrial-grade MKP can also be used as a buffering agent, fermentation nutrient, flame-retardant raw material, and more. Agricultural-grade MKP requires purity control; inferior products have higher impurity levels, which can easily affect crop growth. Rational application of MKP can balance crop nutrient supply, prevent excessive vegetative growth, improve quality and increase yield while reducing fertilizer waste, making it an indispensable high-efficiency phosphorus and potassium fertilizer in cultivation and production.
