This product is a customizable pigment powder designed for coloring and coating base products.It functions primarily to alter the color of fertilizer granules through a coating process.
1.The external coating formulation is specifically designed for drum-granulated and extruded compound fertilizers.It ensures uniform color coverage on the fertilizer granule surface.Additionally,it can be blended with anti-caking oil powder to prevent caking for up to six months.
2. In addition to its use as an external coating,it can be incorporated internally with our Soilless Granulation Agent during the granulation process to achieve coloration of the fertilizer granules.

Application Cases
This product is suitable for multiple fertilizer application methods ,as detailed below:
1. For use as an external coating on fertilizer granules, an oil-powder blend is recommended for optimal results.When combined proportionally with a Compound Fertilizer Liquid Anti-caking Agent,this product not only effectively prevents caking but also ensures a more uniform,glossy color coating on the granules,thereby enhancing overall product quality.
2. For internal addition during the fertilizer granulation process,where it acts primarily to dye or color the fertilizer granules.
3. For internal addition into powdered water-soluble fertilizers,where it serves to modify color and provide anti-caking properties.
Packaging &Storage Guidelines
Packaging: Ton bags (with inner bags of 25 kg small packages).
Storage requirements: Keep dry,waterproof,and protect from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 12 months.
Recommended Dosage
Application rate should be adjusted based on specific conditions.The typical dosage range is 3-4 kg per ton.
